Fried Chicken Bone Chicken
This recipe is special for you who have a presto pan. The reason, to soften the chicken bone, need the tool. The name of this typical cuisine of Indonesian cuisine is fried chicken soft bone. The bolts serve the perfect matches enjoyed as the lunch and dinner menu is the more special you have to make.


Ingredients:

  • 1 Village Chicken Tail
  • 1 Instant Yeast Wrap
  • 1 Stalk Lemongrass, Pour
  • 1 Sheet Leaf Sheet
  • 2 Cm Galangal, Dimemarkan
  • 400 Cc Santan
  • The oil for frying
  •  Ground spices:
  •  5 Red Onions
  •  3 Garlic Cloves
  •  1 Coriander Tea Spoon
  •  4 Pellets Item
  •  2 Cm Turmeric
  •  2 Cm Ginger
  •  1/2 Salt Spoon

How To Make Chicken Fried Chicken Recipe:

  1. Chicken Puncture With Fork. Sprinkle Instant Yeast. Let stand 5 Hours. Spread Chicken With Season Then Let It Raw Again 1 Hour.
  2.  Put the Chicken Into Presto Pan Pour the Santan. Add Serai, Leaves Salam And Galangal. Cook for 1 Hour.
  3. Take Out the Chicken From Presto Pan Then Chill.
  4. Fry until cooked.
